From Toronto: QEW Niagara to Hwy 420, continue onto Falls Ave and follow signs to the Fallsview district (about 90 minutes). From Buffalo / the U.S.: cross at the Rainbow Bridge, then head up Clifton Hill to Fallsview Blvd (about 30 minutes). Paid parking garages and the WEGO visitor bus serve the district.
